We are from the Czech Republic.
Our cranksets are made of 3mm thick stainless steel, the pivoting and sliding parts are made of bronze to reduce wear and tear, promote movement and avoid squeaking.
We equip all our pedals with load-cell but at the level of the mechanics of the clutch pedal, we put a particular cam system which will allow to feel the hard point of the clutch. This assembly allows to adjust the feeling of the pedal.
The brake aluminum rings will encapsulate the rubber avoiding in particular a too important deformation in case of strong pressure. This protects the rubber and avoids damaging the feel by making the resistance of the rubber drop suddenly when they are crushed. Moreover, in case of heavy pressure, the rings will come in contact to stop the pedal movement and bring the feeling of being at full speed, while leaving a possibility of additional pressure on the load-cell.
Of course, many adjustments are available with a possibility of tilting the pedal by 18° or adjusting the stroke or the hardness of each of them. Regarding the load-cell, we can have a sensor of 100 or 200 kg and we also have rubber with 3 different hardnesses that can be combined to provide the desired feeling.
Our pedals are compatible with the simracing cockpits described in those reviews.
The crankset can be delivered with a 6 mm thick sheet metal support covered with powder paint. It will allow to adjust the spacing thanks to the oblong holes of the plate.
The electronics come from Leo Bodnar.
